A reservation is considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided by Exclusive Tours & Transfers SLU.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 4–6 days before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or services that are voluntarily unused after commencement.

Any applicable third-party booking, processing or transaction fees may be non-refundable.

3. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a verified medical emergency that prevents a guest from participating in a confirmed service, a full or partial refund may be considered at the discretion of management. Supporting documentation may be requested.

4. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes

Guests are responsible for providing accurate flight information when booking airport transfers.

Where flight information has been provided, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight delays and adjust airport pickup arrangements accordingly.

Exclusive Tours & Transfers SLU is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, road closures, airline disruptions or other unforeseen events. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate affected guests.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including names, flight details, accommodation, pickup location, contact information and the correct number of passengers.

Guests should be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time. Significant delays caused by a guest may affect the scheduled service and may be treated as a no-show where the service can no longer reasonably be provided.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their journey.

While reasonable care will always be taken, Exclusive Tours & Transfers SLU cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, forgotten, stolen or damaged unless caused by circumstances for which the company is legally responsible.

7. Guest Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where a guest’s behaviour is abusive, threatening, dangerous, unlawful or places our team, other guests or property at risk.

Services terminated for serious inappropriate conduct may not be eligible for a refund.

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by drivers, guides, boat operators and activity providers.

8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Tours, boat excursions, sea transfers and certain outdoor activities are subject to suitable weather, sea and operating conditions.

If a service cannot safely proceed, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or service. Where an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, a suitable refund will be offered based on the circumstances.

Guest safety will always take priority.

9. Excursions & Third-Party Activity Providers

Some excursions and activities may be operated in partnership with independent third-party providers.

Certain activities may have their own participation requirements, including age, weight, health, mobility or safety restrictions. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information where these requirements apply.

Third-party providers may also have additional terms and conditions applicable to their activities.

10. Liability

Exclusive Tours & Transfers SLU takes reasonable measures to provide safe, reliable and professional transportation and tour services.

We are not responsible for losses, delays or disruptions arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to Reservations

Requests to change a confirmed reservation must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

Changes to dates, times, passenger numbers, pickup locations, activities or other booking details may result in a change to the original price.
